Badger Meter Academy is your starting point for developing new skills and expanding your product knowledge through both role- and technology-based training delivered by water industry specialists. It is an exceptional tool for training new hires.
Designed to advance and empower your workforce, Badger Meter Academy offers dozens of no charge, self-paced Foundations courses across the water life cycle including BEACON SaaS, ORION NaaS, residential and commercial metering, water quality, and network monitoring.
Access to Badger Meter Academy is included with your BEACON SaaS subscription fees. Login to Academy to view course catalog and start learning! Note: Additional fees may apply for advanced, certification, and instructor-led courses.

Attend a Customer Product Training (CPT) event to learn more about optimizing your utility operations with Badger Meter smart water solutions. This event is held at the Badger Meter corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI and consists of informative sessions and hands-on instructional exercises led by Badger Meter experts, tours, and group networking opportunities. Instructor-led Training for new BEACON SaaS Deployments
Getting started with BEACON is exciting, and we’re here to make sure your team feels confident every step of the way! Instructor-led BEACON training is a required part of all new deployments — and it’s designed with your success in mind. These live, hands-on sessions help reduce implementation risk, build user confidence, and get your team up and running quickly with minimal disruption to your daily operations.
During training, your team will walk through everything they need to hit the ground running — from ORION endpoint installation and mobile hardware setup (where applicable) to completing a full billing cycle and exploring key system features and tools.
Sessions are scheduled around your availability, so onboarding fits seamlessly into your workflow. To help you prepare, downloadable Training Agendas are available below.
