To be notified by email or text message when an event is triggered, do the following:
- From the Catalog page, locate an event of interest, click the corresponding three vertical dots icon under Actions, and select Edit to open the Set Up Events drawer.
NOTE: Click Delete to erase the event. Click Copy to create a duplicate event that you can edit. This lets you use an existing event as the basis for a new event.
- Click the Notifications tab. This opens the Notifications menu in the drawer.

- Click +Add Recipient.

- Use the Delivery Method drop-down menu and select one of: Email or Text Message.
- Enter one of:
• The recipient’s full name and email address in the corresponding fields.
• The recipient’s phone number.NOTE: SMS text messages require users to opt-in. If a user chooses to opt-out, no messages will be sent to that user. Also, opt-in messages never expire. - Use the Daily Limit drop-down menu to choose the maximum number of notifications sent on a daily basis.
Note: You can choose to receive up to 20 notifications per day. - Click Save to store the settings. Click Cancel to exit.
- Repeat Steps 2-6 as needed.
The Event Search box lets you quickly find an event by entering its name, description, or a notification recipient name.

Notification Statuses
| Status | Definition |
| Active | The conditions defined in the corresponding event have been met. |
| Activate | Restart a paused notification. |
| Invalid | The provided email address is not a valid address. |
| Paused | The system is set to temporarily pause notifications for the corresponding notification. |
| Opt-In Required | The user has not yet accepted the invitation to receive the corresponding notification. |
Change Log Tab
To get details about who created or edited a notification, do the following:
- Click Change Log. This displays an activity log related to the specific event notification being viewed.
