How to View More than One Account in EOW

If a customer already has one account, they can use the Link More Accounts function to add additional accounts to their dashboard. Once linked, guide them through the following steps to access and monitor all accounts from a single dashboard.

Web Dashboard Instructions:

  1. Sign In – Have the customer log into their EyeOnWater account.
  2. Check Meter Count – The number circled in red next to the address represents the total number of meters connected to their dashboard.
  3. Select an Address – Clicking the address at the top of the dashboard reveals all meters associated with their account.
  4. Choose a Meter – The customer can monitor a specific meter by selecting the corresponding box.

Mobile App Instructions:

iOS & Android Apps

  • Instruct the customer to tap the circle icon in the upper left corner to choose which account(s) to view.
  • iOS users can view aggregated consumption for up to 10 meters at once, while Android users can view an unlimited number of meters.

If a customer has trouble linking accounts or viewing meters, verify their login details, account links, and app version before escalating.
