How to Log In

To log in to BEACON for the first time, follow these steps: 

1. Receive Invitation: You will receive an email invitation from your BEACON administrator to create your BEACON account. This invitation contains a temporary password and a link to click that starts the signup process. 
2. Click the link to sign in, enter your BEACON username if it is not already present, and press Next. 

   

3. Set Password: You will be prompted to change the temporary password. Ensure that your password meets the strength requirements indicated.

   

4. When satisfied with your new password, click Change password.
5. From the Select Utility menu, click Accept Invitation. Please perform this step promptly. The invitation expires in 2 days.
   

   Use the Current drop-down menu to choose between Active and if applicable Expired invitations.

6. Accept Terms of Use: The first time you log in to https://beaconama.net/login, you need check the boxes to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Make sure to read these documents before accepting. 

TIP: After completing steps 1-6, on subsequent logins, if you have access to many water companies, start typing a company name in the search box to locate the water company you want to log into.

When you have access to more than one utility, to switch utilities do the following:

1. Click the Profile section in the upper right corner of any page in BEACON and click Switch Utility.

   

2. Use the Select Utility menu to pick the utility you wish to switch to by clicking its name.Users with access to both BEACON and AquaCUE can to the following to switch from one application to the other: 
   1. From BEACON, click the Apps switcher section in the upper right corner of any page in BEACON and click AquaCUE. When starting from AquaCUE, from the Apps switcher click BEACON.
