A: The differences in user counts on the Analytics, Monitor, and Engagement pages are due to how each page tracks and defines users:
- Analytics page – The count on the Users section of this page represents unique users with EyeOnWater accounts. A user can have multiple accounts, but they are only counted once as a unique individual.
- Monitor page – The count shown on the EyeOnWater = YES filter represents meters with the EyeOnWater feature enabled. This means the page counts the total number of meters, and a single user could have multiple meters under their account.
- Engagement page – The count on the Engagement>EyeOnWater Users page tracks unique accounts with EyeOnWater enabled. Unlike the Analytics page, it doesn’t group multiple accounts under one user. Therefore, if a user has more than one account, each of those accounts is counted separately.
