BEACON Field is now available for iOS and Android, delivering Cobalt-enhanced machine learning and large language model technology directly to utility personnel. Whether they’re on-site or in the office, BEACON Field helps you access and update meter data, troubleshoot AMI/AMR issues such as leaks and no recent endpoint communication exceptions, and capture accurate location, tag, and image information with minimal manual input. BEACON Field also generates downloadable CSV files for updating your CIS and billing systems, providing intelligent, on-site assistance for verifying service details and managing equipment records.
