When customers with a life-sustaining need for water are not able to pay their water bill, it is imperative that their meter not be shut off for humanitarian reasons. The new Critical Needs Customer/No Valve Control tag lets your CSRs easily mark meters that service such customers. Use the Tags button on a Monitor page card to enable the tag by selecting it and clicking Create Tag. Tagging an E-Series Plus Ultrasonic Meter with Integrated Valve in this manner prevents the valve from being actuated.
